THE SPECIALITY OF MYLARI DOSA IS BASICALLY THAT IT IS A VERY  SIMPLE  BASIC  FARE PUNCHED WITH FLAVOURS. THE DOSA IS CRISP FROM OUTSIDE BUT IT  LITERALLY MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH. IT DOES NOT HAVE A POTATO FILLING LIKE IN MOST DOSAS SERVED  THROUGHOUT INDIA AND ALSO ABROAD. IT HAS A TYPICAL SAGO- GREEN CHILLI -CORAINDER PASTE FILLING WITH RAW FINELY MINCED ONIONS OR SHALLOTS. IT IS SERVED WITH A DOLLOP OF UNSALTED BUTTER AND ACCOMPANIED WITH A VERY FRESH NON SPICY COCONUT CHUTNEY.

The hotel is open from 7 AM to 10.30 AM and from 4 PM to 8.30 PM. It is closed on Wednesdays.
